This pair of kicks was made using traditional Ikat material from my country, even tho i was born in Moscow part of my life i spent in Uzbekistan in the Middle East and i consider that my second home. So yea i had some material send to me from Uzbekistan and its traditional waxed woven silk or better known as Ikat. What is Ikat? “Ikat, or Ikkat, is a style of weaving that uses a resist dyeing process similar to tie-dye on either the warp or weft before the threads are woven to create a pattern or design. A Double Ikat is when both the warp and the weft are tie-dyed before weaving. Ikats have been woven in cultures all over the world. In the 19th century, the Silk Road desert oases of Bukhara and Samarkand (in what is now Uzbekistan in Central Asia) were famous for their fine silk Uzbek Ikat. Like any craft or art form, ikats vary widely from country to country and region to region. Designs may have symbolic of ritual meaning or have been developed for export trade. Ikats are often symbols of status, wealth, power and prestige. Perhaps because of the difficulty and time required to make ikats, some cultures believe the cloth is imbued with magical powers.” Taken from Wiki. So the panels where glued and stitched by hand, the tongues are reversable, heel and stripes are silver with violet outlines, repainted Adidas logo on heels into violet and red to match the lining, 3M toe tab. Enjoy

Just a few simple pairs i did when i was bored at home. Both are really simple jobs (they remind me of the first customs i was making when i started customizing) Enjoy.
AF1 low — Blue toe and heel panels with a splatter gradient to purple in the mid panels, Silver heel tab, swoosh and toe cap.

RBK - Above The Rim — Gator heel and toe panels, splatter front lace panel, and splatter gradient on the midsole.

Whats good everyone, been gone for a minute due to a pending court case, final trial is next week, so i had to bang out a couple customz for customers.
So here we go a custom made for a friend who is becoming a fireman in Niagara Falls in Canada. The idea was simple, to use materials that are relatable to the firesuit he wears.
1) Glued and stitched side panels with patent leather
2) redid the swoosh in yellow leather
3) stuffed tongue
4) reflective material seperation between the toe panel and side panels
5) Reflective tongue tag
6) Restitched the lace and toe panels and tongue with safety orange
7) sole stitching done in orange and black

And here is the final product

A pair of AF1’s using the red and purple colorway, the tongue was stuffed and restitched with purple thread, all the airholes where done in red, the swoosh and heel tab where done in patent leather red, and the last thing i did was apply a tribal pattern on top of the purple with gloss paint so it stands out just a bit. A custom order for a female friend. She really loves the Toronto Raptors and the Leopard print. So here i decided to mix the Raptors colors with the Leopard Print, also did all the airholes in red, and did the stitching on the heel in red.

Here is a second version of the First Round Puma i did before. Same splatter patter, the gray was changed to black and it had a camo tribal pattern added on top of the black in a light black.
