HEKStyle was born and raised in a grey town known as Dagenham situated on the outskirts of London UK. introduced to art by his mother he was already showing glimpses of his talents.

at the tender age of 3 years old his mother passed. From then on the moody towns colour only seemed to darken. Art being his only outlet and the one thing that could connect him to her has led him into becoming a renowned name in his community and internationally.

the hard knock life of Dagenham and its hip hop connections led HEK into the world of graffiti. After hitting the streets with chrome and black he decided, along with the early influence of his mother that he would up his game and start injecting vibrant colours into the walls of Dagenham and surrounding areas. Over the short space of 2 years using colours HEK has certainly shown that he has STYLE in abundance…
